ExternalMenu -> Code Usage

1. Using Visual Studio, add a "Generic Handler" item under the name "ExternalMenuEx" to your web site; then paste into it the copied code from the example. Publish your updated web site with the "ExternalMenuEx.ashx" new handler.

2. Login to the Conduit control panel and select the "External XML Menu" from the "Custom Components" section.

3. Set the URL for the "ExternalMenuEx.ashx" as well as the Conduit server refresh frequency (in minutes).
