There are many ways of letting your users and others know about your newly-created Community Toolbar. It is important that you launch a campaign to inform existing and potential users about the benefits of your Community Toolbar.

 

 

Here are several examples and ideas which can help you to let the world know about your Community Toolbar:

 

	Does your site have a newsletter? If so, you can create an entry outlining the benefits of your community toolbar to your users and send it out. Don’t forget to add a link to the toolbar download page.
	Use the Community Toolbar’s Desktop Alerts features. When you send an Alert to your users, it appears almost instantly on all of their desktops, no matter what they are doing on their computers at the time. This is a great tool to get your users to come back to your website.
	If you haven’t done so already, it is a good idea to submit your website to major search engine such as Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc.
	You may also want to tell your friends and acquaintances about your website and your new Community Toolbar on social networks such as Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, Friendster and others.
	You might also want to consider submitting your website and Community Toolbar to social bookmark sites such as Reddit, StumbleUpon, and Digg (Social Bookmark websites allow other users to see which sites you bookmarked).
	If you participate in forums, you may want to inform your fellow forum members about your new community toolbar by placing a link to your Community Toolbar in your signature.
